COLUMBUS – As part of a continuing series of actions to stop improper influencing of mortgage appraisers, Ohio Attorney General Richard Cordray announced a settlement today with Frontier Appraisals, LLC (Frontier), a Denver-based company accused of trying to influence the independent appraisal of a residential property in Zanesville.
